Preview a WordPress website

Two ways to preview a site built with WordPress.

Local export

Upload the ZIP from the 3-dot menu of Local as it is. The site runs inside the viewer's browser (beta). The first load can take a few minutes, and large sites open in a lite version without big images and videos.

Static export

Instant and reliable. Export a static copy with the Simply Static plugin using relative URLs, then upload that ZIP.

Not supported

.wpress backups and stand-alone .sql files
.rar and .7z archives
Server code such as .php, .asp, .py, .sh. These files are skipped and never run.
